These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of the chiropractic website services (“Services”) provided by Rocket Chiro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for our Services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

Rocket Chiro provides custom websites for chiropractors, which may include:

• Website design and development
• Hosting and security
• Foundational SEO
• Ongoing technical support
• Content creation for core pages and/or blog posts
• Optional add-ons such as local SEO and Google Ads management

Each website is built and maintained to help chiropractors attract and convert new patients online.

2. Website Licensing and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the website created as part of this service is licensed to the Client as long as they remain an active subscriber in good standing. Clients do not own the website files or source code, but have full use of the website during the term of service.

A separate Website Ownership Terms document outlines full details on intellectual property, file access, and buyout options.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper setup and ongoing success, the Client agrees to:

• Provide timely access to any existing domain name accounts, email providers, or third-party tools as needed
• Review and approve content in a reasonable timeframe
• Notify Rocket Chiro of changes to business information, branding, or services
• Avoid unauthorized modifications to the website that could disrupt functionality or SEO

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay progress or impact site performance.

4. Fees & Billing

• Website services are provided on a subscription basis with recurring monthly billing
• Payment is due in advance of each service period
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services

Rocket Chiro reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.

5. Service Term and Cancellation

• The website service is provided on a month-to-month basis after any initial term agreed upon (if applicable)
• Clients may cancel service with at least 14 days’ notice
• Upon cancellation, the website will be taken offline unless the client opts to purchase ownership rights as outlined in the Website Ownership Terms
• No refunds will be issued for partial months of service

6. Content and Compliance

Rocket Chiro will provide content to support chiropractic services and conditions based on best practices and SEO guidelines. However:

• Final responsibility for legal and regulatory compliance (including HIPAA, state board rules, and advertising standards) lies with the Client
• Client must notify Rocket Chiro if content needs to be changed to meet specific legal or professional requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

Rocket Chiro is not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or reputation due to website downtime, performance issues, or third-party platform failures
• Changes in search engine algorithms or rankings
• Content or legal violations that result from incorrect information provided by the Client

Rocket Chiro’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the previous 60 days.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, systems, frameworks, and proprietary processes used to create or maintain the website remain the property of Rocket Chiro. The Client may not resell, duplicate, or use the website or its elements outside of the Rocket Chiro service without express written permission or purchase of the website.

9. Modifications to Terms

Rocket Chiro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes via email or within the client portal. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

At Rocket Chiro, we believe in being transparent about what you own, what we manage, and how our website service works. Our goal is to provide a high-value, worry-free website experience—not to lock you into something you don’t understand.

What You Own

As a Rocket Chiro website client, you own and control the following:

• Your Domain Name
  You register and manage your own domain name (e.g., yourclinic.com). We’ll assist with setup, but the domain stays under your control.
• Your Branding Assets and Provided Content
  Any logos, images, written content, videos, or other materials that you provide for use on the website remain your property.
• Your Google Accounts
  You retain full ownership and access to your Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and any third-party accounts tied to your practice.
• Your Marketing & Business Strategy Content
  If you’re enrolled in our website service, you have access to our exclusive marketing and business training (NEXT Step). If you cancel, your access to NEXT Step ends unless you’re an independent member.

What Rocket Chiro Owns and Manages

As part of your monthly subscription, we provide:

• Website Hosting & Technical Maintenance
  Your website is hosted on our secure platform. We handle security, backups, updates, and performance optimization so you don’t have to.
• Website Platform and Design Framework
  All websites are built and maintained using Rocket Chiro’s proprietary platform, including custom themes, backend tools, and design structure. This platform is not transferable or licensed for independent use outside of an active Rocket Chiro subscription.
• Content Management & Support
  We manage your content, perform requested updates, publish blog posts (if applicable), and provide ongoing support to keep your website functioning and effective.

If You Cancel

If you choose to cancel your website subscription:

• Your website and hosting services will be discontinued at the end of your billing cycle.
• The website itself, including design, platform, and technical structure, remains the property of Rocket Chiro and cannot be transferred.
• You will retain full control of your domain name and third-party accounts, including Google-related properties.
• Your access to NEXT Step training ends unless you maintain a separate membership.

About Website Buyouts

Currently, Rocket Chiro does not offer a standard website buyout option. In some cases, a custom buyout agreement may be considered. These arrangements are negotiated individually and involve a one-time fee to compensate for the design, platform, and hosting infrastructure. Buyouts are not inexpensive and are approved on a case-by-case basis.

Website Ownership Transfer Policy in the Event of Business Closure or Death

If, for any reason, Rocket Chiro is no longer able to provide ongoing website services, including situations where I am unable to work or in the event of my death,  clients will have the option to request a transfer of their website to their own account.

Transfer Terms:

1. One-Time Transfer Fee – A non-refundable transfer fee of $750 will be required for Rocket Chiro (or its designated representative) to initiate and complete the site transfer. This fee covers the time, labor, and administrative work needed to securely transfer the site.
2. What’s Included in the Transfer – The full website as it exists at the time of transfer will be moved to the client’s own WIX account. All design elements, text, images, and functionality will remain intact.
3. Post-Transfer Responsibility – Once the site has been transferred, Rocket Chiro will no longer host, maintain, or update the site. The client will be responsible for their own hosting fees, platform subscription, and any future edits, updates, or troubleshooting.
4. No Recurring Fees to Rocket Chiro – After the transfer, all recurring payments to Rocket Chiro will end.
5. Timeframe for Transfer – The transfer process will be initiated promptly after the request and payment are received, but may take several business days to complete depending on circumstances.

This policy is in place to ensure that each client maintains access to their website in the unlikely event that Rocket Chiro can no longer provide service, and to allow for a smooth transition without disruption to the client’s online presence.

Final Notes

This model allows us to deliver high-quality, fast, and optimized websites at an affordable monthly rate without large setup fees. It also protects your practice by ensuring that you maintain control over your domain, branding, and online presence—while we take care of the technical heavy lifting.

Rocket Chiro provides Local SEO services tailored for chiropractic practices, including but not limited to:

• Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and management
• Online review strategy and support
• Citation strategy and support
• Local content creation
• Custom SEO strategy execution

All services are provided on a done-for-you, ongoing subscription basis and are customized to each client.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful implementation of the Services, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information upon request
• Grant necessary access to platforms such as Google Business Profile, website CMS, or other tools as needed
• Respond to Rocket Chiro communication in a timely manner
• Notify Rocket Chiro of any changes to business location, contact details, or service offerings that may impact SEO

3. Fees & Billing

• Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment is due in advance of each service period.
• Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Term & Termination

• Client agrees to a minimum service term of six (6) months. Early cancellation during this period is not permitted except in cases of material breach by Rocket Chiro.
• After the initial six-month commitment, the agreement automatically converts to a month-to-month term.
• Either party may terminate the agreement after the initial term with 14 days’ written notice.

5. Performance Disclaimer

Rocket Chiro makes no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, website traffic, or new patient acquisition. While every effort is made to optimize visibility and performance, SEO results vary due to factors outside of Rocket Chiro’s control, including algorithm changes, competition, and client responsiveness.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information disclosed during the term of this agreement, including login credentials, marketing strategies, and business operations.

7. Intellectual Property

Rocket Chiro retains ownership of all templates, processes, and proprietary systems used to deliver the Services. Any content or deliverables created for the client may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rocket Chiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services in the previous 60 days.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

NEXT Step is a month-to-month membership program. Recurring payment are re-billed each month on the day of the month that the membership was started. Memberships dues for established members will never increase. Membership dues are capped at each members signup rate.

Upon completion of first payment, new members will register their unique username and password giving them full access to the Members Only area. Only one username/password is allowed per member. Members are allowed to share their login information with their business partners & staff who are directly involved with their clinic business/marketing practices. Unauthorized sharing of member login information will result in membership termination.

Members can discontinue their membership at any time, for any reason. Memberships are discontinued by notifying Rocket Chiro of the desire to discontinue. Membership cancelations are effective immediately upon notification. Rocket Chiro does not offer refunds (full or partial) on membership dues.

Upon cancellation:

• Cancelled members lose access to the Members Only business/marketing trainings.
• Cancelled members lose the rights to share/copy/distribute the “Inside Out” written patient newsletter
• Cancelled members lose their “locked in” membership rate and will be subject to pay any increase in membership rates if they decide to rejoin NEXT Step.
• Cancelled members are required to delete any and all materials obtained from the Members Only area. Materials include but are not limited to marketing material templates, Rocket Chiro stat sheet, print newsletters, workbook(s), videos, audios, and photos.

At the core of NEXT Step is the community that is made up of it’s members. The highest priority of Rocket Chiro is to maintain the integrity, quality and congruency of that community. Because of that, Rocket Chiro reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel NEXT Step memberships at any time.

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the Google Ads Management services (“Services”) provided by Rocket Chiro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the Client (“you”). By using our Services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Rocket Chiro provides done-for-you Google Ads Management for chiropractic practices, which may include:

• Campaign setup and ongoing optimization
• Keyword targeting and ad copy creation
• Conversion tracking setup (as possible)
• Reporting and performance reviews
• Budget recommendations and account adjustments

Our goal is to help you generate more new patient opportunities through targeted advertising on Google Search.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper account setup and performance, you agree to:

• Provide administrative access to your Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts (or allow Rocket Chiro to create them if necessary)
• Grant access to your website and/or scheduling platform if needed for tracking setup
• Review and approve ad copy, keyword targets, or landing page changes when requested
• Fund your ad spend directly in your own Google Ads account

You are solely responsible for ad spend charged by Google. Rocket Chiro does not handle billing or payment to Google on your behalf.

3. Fees, Setup, & Billing

• Rocket Chiro charges a one-time setup fee for new ad campaigns. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of early cancellation or change of plans, as work typically begins immediately upon onboarding.
• A recurring monthly management fee is billed in advance of each service period.
• Ad spend is billed separately by Google through your own Ads account.

Failure to remit payment for Rocket Chiro’s fees may result in suspension of services.

Rocket Chiro reserves the right to revise pricing with 30 days’ written notice.

4. Minimum Commitment & Cancellation

• A three (3) month minimum commitment is required for all new ad management clients.
• After the initial term, services continue on a month-to-month basis.
• Either party may cancel after the initial term with 14 days’ written notice.
• If you cancel within the first 14 days, the setup fee is still non-refundable and no partial refunds will be issued for any portion of the month already billed.
• All account assets and data remain in your control regardless of cancellation.

5. Performance Disclaimer

Rocket Chiro makes no guarantee of specific results, leads, or conversions. Advertising performance varies based on:

• Market competition
• Budget
• Geographic area
• Timing and patient behavior

We make every reasonable effort to improve performance through ongoing management and data-driven decisions.

6. Conversion Tracking Limitations

Rocket Chiro will assist with conversion tracking setup to the best of our ability. However, third-party scheduling platforms (e.g., Zocdoc, Jane, ChiroTouch, etc.) may limit tracking accuracy. You acknowledge that full tracking may not be possible in all situations.

7. Client Data & Confidentiality

Rocket Chiro will never share your campaign data, login credentials, or account performance with other clients. All proprietary information shared during the engagement will remain confidential.

8. Intellectual Property

All ads, campaigns, and account structures created during the engagement are your property and will remain accessible to you unless otherwise agreed. Rocket Chiro may retain anonymized performance data for internal benchmarking purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rocket Chiro shall not be liable for:

• Google Ads account suspensions
• Improper charges by Google
• Changes to Google’s advertising policies
• Loss of revenue or leads due to ad platform performance

Total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid to Rocket Chiro in the preceding 60 days.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Illinois.
