Google recently made some changes to their online review system. They added what is called “attributes”. Basically, they give people the opportunity to quickly assign certain attributes to their star rating regardless of whether or not they write an actual review.
What does this mean for chiropractors? Well…it should reinforce the importance of reviews and motivate you to have some sort of review acquiring system in your practice.
Google cares about reviews. Your perspective patients care about reviews. YOU need to care about reviews also. Frankly, getting reviews is more important to the average chiropractor than their social media is. Obviously, there are exceptions to that rule. But for the typical chiropractor…it’s true.
I talk about it more in this video. Check it out.
