Q: What is Purpose Local?

Purpose Local is a sister company of Rocket Chiro. Our reputation management is not exclusively offered to chiropractors, so it has its own unique branding. 

Q: How much does it cost?

Our full-service reputation management for chiropractors is $249/mth. Our software-only reputation management option is $99/mth.

Q: Are there any bonuses for chiropractors?

Yes. A NEXT Step membership is included with our full-service reputation management. If you are a NEXT Step member already, you will receive a discount off of your full-service reputation management equal to your NEXT Step membership.

Q: Is there a setup fee?

There is no setup fee for our full-service reputation management.

Basic setup (practice information, branding, review site setup, tutorials) is included for free with our software-only reputation management.
An optional premium setup is available for a $150 (one-time only) if you would like us to setup your TextBack and install a review page and reviews pop-up on your website.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

NO. Our reputation management is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime.

Q: Which review sites can I target?

Most chiropractors choose to focus on Google and Facebook.  However, we do enable you to ask for reviews on a large number of review sites. We recommend you stick with the 2-3 online review sites that matter most to your practice. The full list of sites that are available are listed here.

Q: Can you guarantee that I don't get negative reviews?

No. We do not block people from leaving negative reviews. Attempting to do so would it be a blatant violation of Google's review policy. However, we can help you identify any unhappy patients BEFORE they leave a negative review and help you resolve any issues. If someone happens to leave a negative review, we can help you respond in a way that helps your practice rather than hurting it.

Q: Is Purpose Local HIPAA compliant?

Yes. All communications in Purpose Local is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption. We take HIPAA compliant measures to appropriately safeguard PHI (Protected Health Information).

Q: What patient information does Purpose Local store?

For a doctor or health professional that uses Purpose Local, the only information present in the system for clients is first name, last name, email address, and phone number.

Q: Will Purpose Local provide a BAA (Business Associate Agreement)?

Q: Does Purpose Local allow patients to opt-out from using their feedback as a review?

Yes. Every feedback request form contains a checkbox allowing the customer to opt-in or out.

Q: Does Purpose Local allow patients to unsubscribe?

Yes. Every email communication includes an unsubscribe link.

Q: Does Purpose Local transmit data securely?

Yes. All data is transmitted via HTTPS.
